Hello all,

I have inherited an older Brunswick 4x8 with the smaller pockets and snooker size balls. Does anyone know of how hard it would be to have the pockets cut to standard size while Im replacing the rail rubber and cloth? Will the slate be a factor if I cut the rails back?

Any and all info would be appreciated.

Thanks.

I know Don Bross of DBCues would know, he posts here a lot but may have not seen this yet, I have given him a heads up to login and try to give you an answer. You can reach him at 416-990-9505 if you like.

The rubber used for snooker and 8-Ball is different height and profile. You would be better off to change the rails. Odie Willet should have these rails
