Well not really.......... But

My daughter Julia was on a peace mission and visited Kenya this summer. While there she decided to do a little advertising for the Viking Tour by taking a tour shirt with her to help clothe the needy.

Thanks to her good efforts and compassion for others some kid may now grow up a be a future pool star.

Sometimes it just takes a little encouragement.

This thread just reminded me of something.

Years ago, somebody mentioned to me that they took the old cloth off of their pool tables, washed it then donated it to homeless shelters.

Since most cloth is wool this is a very good idea. I would like to re-suggest that all room owners and table mechanics do this.

I wish I could remember who mentioned this to me so I could give them credit for the idea.

TY and Change that to me and her mother. JuJu (Julia) and Matt are from my 1st batch. My Wife and I have seven kids combined but none with each other.

Very cool. I have a neighbor who visits Africa almost every year. Says there is a lot of need just for basics.
