MikeJanis

Can anybody tell me what all the companies/logos (5) listed below have in common ? (Beside being pool related.) This takes up the next for posts in this thread.

The 1st person to get it right wins a Viking Tour Long Sleeve T-Shirt.

ONLY 1 GUESS PER AZer. PLEEEEEZZZZZZ

Actually, no need to guess, just do a little research.

AZ member "rossaroni" is the OFFICIAL JUDGE of this contest.

The first four are all too big for me to see on my computer screen! PM me and I will tell you were to ship it. :)

Seriously, I will take a wild guess and since two of them center around Ohio, I will say that all of them did. If not that, I will guess again, and say that you, Mike Janis, designed all of the logos or were affiliated with the tours and tournaments. How many guesses do we get?

I think it would be stale by the time it got there.

What I can do is this. Since you are in FL and my buddy Doug (aka Smorgasbored) is also in FL I invite you over to his house to feast on a sammich.

Will that work ?

Sure, SmorgASS Boreds house will work for me. Just make it a hot turkey please. ;) With the cookie being stale it would probably leave a BITTER taste in my mouth after I spent my good time on it. hehe

Errrt, STOP right there! Instead of telling somebody whet the answer is. Especially since you PM'd it to me after guessing wrong on the forum.

HOW ABOUT you be the official judge of the contest ?

It gets you a FREE Viking Tour shirt at the next Viking Tour event you come to.

DEAL ?

The contest is also being run here so you have to monitor both groups.

Whoever gets it right 1st from either group wins the shirt.

You don't have to worry about me telling anyone the answer- I don't have any friends. :( I would love to take you up on your offer Mike, but I think the closest tour stop to me is a few hundred miles away. BTW, my first answers were practice guesses. I just had to get in stroke and come up with the right answer. I will be more then happy to be the OFFICAL JUDGE- the first good title I have ever earned in my life.

AZE as a graphic designer you should know what is wrong with your answer. I lies within "The Tournament Guide" logo.

A:There is no text in that logo it is a hand drawn outline. B: Technically if you believe the letters are text then they are white or absent of color and only the outline is there without any text.
