I stopped by the OB-1 booth at Valley Forge to ask what I could do to get rid of the microsplinters I had on the shaft.(OB-1 bought last year)
He checked it out and told me to bring it downstairs to Joe Blackburn to clean and polish and he would take care of the bill
Brought the shaft back upstairs(felt a lot better)
But he was not as happy with it and offered me an other shaft
Not only did he give me a new shaft, he told me to keep the old one as a back up
Cant beat that for service

This is how it suppose to be. No "from the top down" view and always friendly and helpful. An example to follow on how to treat customers and a company which I'm proud to represent in my country.

A subjective post, but for me a important point to make..

The guys at OB-1 are some of the best out there. Billiards need more people like them. Thank you OB-1, Doug

Just to compare;

A friend had a shaft named *** and had a known problem with glue.
The shaft had a "Vibration sound" in the ferrule section.
After a complain to the dealer he was told to play with it until the ferrule felt off!!!

He bought a new OB-1 shaft from me, which I would back up in what ever situation he might get into, even if I would loose money on it...
The OB-1 promise is something which need to be handled seriously by those who sell them as well:)
