I haven't played with it yet, so I can't give you my personal opinion on those shafts. But I know someone who told me how they play. The Hybrid shafts play quite stiff, a lot of action, and for so far I haven't hear anyone complaining about the deflection. Some said they are low deflection shafts. It can be true, because they got carbon insert, the shaft is hollow. The WD700 plays similar to the 314. It's not that whippy as the 314, but got also low deflection. Got some action, but the Hybrid got more action. Hybrids escpecially the Pro II is quite hard to control, because of the high amount of action.

This is how I'll rate them. As you can see from Signature, I have all 3 shafts. :)

Tip Diameter:

WD700/HProII - 12.50mm
HPro - 12.80mm

Stiffness:

HPro - Plays really stiff.
HProII - Firm and Crisp hitting.
WD700 - Solid hitter.

Deflection:

WD700 - Low Deflection like Pred314-2.
HProII - Slightly higher than WD700.
HPro - Slightly higher than HProII.
