The hell of it is, this looks really similar to the discontinued kamui gator grip. That was $25 and lasts forever. I still have mine from 10+ years ago. The good news is there are knock offs for $12 that work great. I'm sure this product works well, but no way is it worth $80.

I still use a 4 way wood rasp as a tip tapper , I believe they sell for around $ 12.00 to store it in your case I wrap mine in a handkerchief to store it works very well with a few lite taps on the cue tip .
