Yep, I agree. But apparently the rules say otherwise. If someone has the VNEA rule changes, I believe this was added in 2013. I'm really interested to see how it's worded.

Women do show up.... There was a women's event in Dubuque in December - 64 players. There was a women's tournament in Moline a couple weeks ago - 72 players. All had added money ($1500+), were handicapped, and had one or more calcutta. The total prize pool in Moline was over $10k. IMO...

Weekly tournaments? Are there any weekly tournaments in either of the rooms mentioned? I will be in SF from Tue March 20 through Fri the 23rd and would like to check out the pool scene while I'm there. I'm not much of a gambler, but I love a good tournament - I don't see any mentioned on...
