Sholder strap Does the case have a sholder strap and if so is it on the back?

Purchesed between 72 & 74, has the signature with the 'W' sideways, in very good condition. In the area of 95% with 2 shafts, Ivory Farrels, Mother of Pearl inlays and as straight as the day it was purchased. I'm new to this site, will try to import some photo's. Shaft1...3.8 oz Shaft2...3.7 oz...
