From my point of view people that wear gloves look like idiots unless they are on the pro tour or something. If some random Joe pulls one out at a bar I usually start laughing then I try to go fishing. I would probably try one out in the privacy of my own home. I've never actually used one.

Thank you Dan. Upon further inspection it does appear that the butt of the cue is legit but I still have my doubts about the shaft. I've already initiated a refund and will be shipping this cue back to the person who sold it. I appreciate all the info and help in this thread. Thanks AZ. Rob.
