Tips on keeping score

I joined a 14.1 league which just started up. In years past, they played line-up which was easy to keep score because all the balls were spotted after each turn. Now with the balls staying down...

Its an 8 footer. 44 X 88. We used a 1 piece slate from an old barbox. We wanted to stick with the 1 piece slate so we wouldnt have to deal with the seams. I had the rough cut Oak which we used...

.44 casings

I forgot to mention that we used .44 casings for the diamonds. On my friends table he used 2008 dimes. I thought that would help make my table more unique.
It can be frustrating shooting on it,...

A friend of mine helped me make a new table. We intended on making it tight, with 4" pockets. We screwed up and it turned out to be a little less then 3.75" and cut at 45 deg so they come straight...

Nice run

Hi, nice video. You're a quick shooter, I like that. You just seem to know what to do. Just wondering what your high run is? Thanks:thumbup:

Not so much. I live in central Mn. I played in a line-up straight pool league last summer, but there is nothing going on now. I'm probably the only one who practices it around here. I think it...

New high run of 73.

I just broke my previous high run of 71 last night. I actually thought I might hit way more because I had a nice breakshot on the 6th rack. It spread nice and then I just started playing tight.

I never heard of BHE untill a friend of mine showed me this year. I just learned through many hours of practice where to hit it. Now, if I'm not sure of my self on the shot, or if I really have to...

Is it a foul when you wiff at the cue ball? My buddy says it is, and I suppose he's right, but I never see anyone call that.

Speed it up.

If you want to speed it up, why not have a shot clock? I'm thinking like a 45 second shot clock. Nothing erks me more then watching my opponent agonize over every shot. Takes the fun out of the...

How many hours?

How many hours of pool can you put on one DVD? I would think there would be a market for this. If you didn't have the commentary, wouldn't it be easy to put together? Just wondering out loud.
