Taom 2.0 vs samsara break tip

Which one of these is harder? Looking for a break tip with good control but also close to the hardness of a phenolic tip.

Aiming on predator revo

Is aiming on a revo a big problem with the lack of ferrule or is it something that's easy to adapt to with relative practice? I know they came out with a white vault plate but its pretty much useless...

I meant when the object ball is at one end of the table and the cue ball is at the other so a lot of distance between the two, my test strokes are really steady but its always the actual hitting...
