Place 5 balls in a semicircle by a side pocket. Shoot all 5 in that pocket using draw.
You'll find you need to use different cue tip positions to move the cueball sideways.

Totally agree also.. 4 1/2" side pockets are very hard, and will limit play from all angles inside the foot and head spots.
5" side pockets allows play in those areas, and room for cross banking......
