Could be anybody's, but most likely a Brunswick. The points in the shaft weren't necessarily decorative, that was a common repair method to fix broken shafts.

I think that it is more likely the 70's. I most often see these with Dufferin/Brunswicks from the early to mid-70's. I have some poor reproductions of B'wick literature for the late 60'2 early 70's...
