Gold Crown 3, 4, ball return system (best offer)

I have a ball return system for a GC 3, 4 that I wont need. It's in good condition and works fine. I have the pockets that go with it, one of the pockets is cracked (see pics) but still works fine...

Can you wet sand the top rails on gold crowns?

On the top of the rails of a gold crown it seems to be some kind of gel coat on top of wood or Formica. Can this be wet sanded to remove light scratches?

Why would new shaft wobble on one butt but not the other?

I just bought a brand new 30 predator 314 shaft with 3/8x10 threads and when I put it on my McDermott 29 butt it wobbles bad. When I put the shaft on my custom sneaky Pete 30 butt it rolls fine....
