Just an FYI, the original Joss cues used in the movie and the originals Joss sold after didnt have a hoppe ring in the sleeve. They had a standard length white butt cap.

The cue on the left is pretty fancy and is similar to the cue I had that burned up in a fire in 87'... I'm still holding out hope that Barry will get to reproducing my cue before he retires.

Possibly Barry might not know. He has his Dad's book for reference but not every cue built has complete "blueprints". My cue is a perfect example. I have a copy of the page where the order was taken....

Never said price solely determines how a cue plays but it does play a part and the maker MOST definately matters. Their construction techniques and how the treat their matterials are everything....
