Pick up some paint remover and soak the parts in....

Pick up some paint remover and soak the parts in. Will not hurt they at all. Have done this in the past to clean spray guns covered in paint and plugged up.

A lot of automotive paint shops can put catalised clear coat in a rattle can with a nice nozzle on them. It will last for a few day to a week before it sets up in...

If its run out from the chuck use a lead hammer and tap the high jaw...
