I make them all the time. Anywhere from 2 to 4 inch. I’ve had them anywhere from .9 to 1.6 oz depending on what threads. I also do different threads on each end. Everyone that has mine love the solid hit they get from them.

I have an older tiger cue a gentleman wants some made for it. I’m having trouble finding out what thread it is. Any ideas on this? It’s not the radial one. Some reason it will not load the picture. Thanks in advance.

What are you guys using for the programming to do points and other things on a Mach 3 mill? A friend of mine bought one years ago and has ask me to help with it. It turns on jogs in all directions. It’s no manual with it and I know nothing LOL about it. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I make mine out of Webb wood. I have made them from 2 in to 4 in. Mine weigh about 1.8 oz at 4 inches. It moves the balance forward about an inch for the 5/16-14 joint. As far as the hit it feels solid.
