Judd Trump says he'll give pool another try

I don’t believe he’s one to exaggerate and if he says he thinks he only played 5% of level he believes he can reach that’s kind of scary! Of course I’m not naive enough to think it translates into him crushing all top level players either. Interesting comment though

    SVB vs Chang Update Thread

I admit I’m not a gambler but I agree that if it was fine with them and their backers then it is what it is

    Not twisting head off line

Not stepping straight ahead. It’s to the side as well in order to have legs at least shoulder width apart. My torso and head want to follow. Maybe I will post if I ever get time

    Not twisting head off line

Omg. Maybe it’s just a band aid/fluke as it’s new to me Fran, but your advise of leaning to side as opposed to the twist feels “right”. I’m no world beater but I play at a decent level. Could it be I’ve been getting by with such a flaw? We shall see if consistency goes up. Thanks to all for advice

    Not twisting head off line

I seem to have an issue. When I step forward with lead leg my leg (in order to be at lead shoulder width apart) also steps slightly to the side and my head follows which,to me, moves my head off original shot line. Another issue is I bring my cue/bridge hand in from the left and as I’m bringing...

    JUMP CUE ISSUE SOLVED ?

I wouldn’t be opposed to not being allowed to jump out of my own mistakes but not for completely banning as it’s just another skill and I feel some are better than others at it like Fedor Gorst. Sure the average player can jump but not as well as the elite and the average player isn’t going to...

    Grip thumb

Anybody else notice Tyler Styer and fedor gorst have a particular way their thumb is positioned on grip hand? They both work with Johan. I wonder if coincidence or some sort of technical thing. If advantages to it I’d love to know what they are.

You confirmed my theory that the great players just put it all together better than most. I can do everything you do but not as consistently

Thinking about going from cynergy to Becue prime m

As I state above I may do this, but can’t have both and have never tried a Becue shaft. Please convince me I’m making right choice or wrong choice for that matter

    June 25, 2019

I’ll still be open minded about cte but Mr. Shuffet had better figure out a way to explain it better because so far he hasn’t. Quite simply some people have better spatial perception than others and I think that perception combined with repeatable stroke is what separates good from great
