Definitely not a pro, just looking to improve my game. I think I’d just use it while practicing, then use regular house cues when I’m playing with guests.

Does anyone have recommendations for an entry/mid level low deflection cue? I’m having my first table set up in my home early next week, hello like to have something a little nicer than the house cues it came with so I can learn to play with English, etc.

In our basement we went with engineered wood floors with a vapor barrier/underlayment underneath it. It is very comfortable to walk/stand on and has a warmth to it.

Ugh. I'll post photos post-cleaning with products actually made for the task. These may be relegated to use by my kids and I'll get another set for adult use. I'll do a search, but any recommendation for good home-use phenolic balls that present high quality to cost?

I went to town buffing the balls with a dry microfiber cloth and they look much, much better. I think the cloudiness must have been residue from some kind of wax or other ill-advised treatment. When my Aramith Restorer comes today I'll apply it and I expect these Centennials will really shine!

Thanks to all of you for your help and input. The table is currently unassembled in our basement and when the technician comes to assemble the table next week they will be adding new Mocha Simonis 860.

Not sure if you're kidding, but it looks to me like interlocking foam mats with diamond plate design.

I just bought a Gold Crown IV that came with a nice set of Centennial balls, but the balls appear to be cloudy. Is this something that can be fixed with Aramith cleaner or restorer?

I've checked into it, but replacing the felt appears to be less expensive.
