I sold my olhausen and bought a Diamond... How do you stop the black marks on the balls from the pockets of a diamond? I have to clean the balls every couple of days if I practice more than 3 or 4 hours... the marks come off, but not without effort... It is like the dye in the pockets is coming...

I've got both books and DVD's... it is nice to read, study then see it executed on the DVD, and then practice the shot... absolutely a must have if you seriously want to learn why certain banks go, and others don't...:cool: Both books are autographed by the Beard...

:eek: I played on a diamond both at skeeters here in Gulfport MS, and at a friends house. Both tables rails seem tremendously faster than my olhausen champ... I noticed that my cloth on the rails themselves did not seem as tight, could this be the reason that the speed is so different? Or is...

I wold vote for a link to onepocket.org most of the people I see here are the same names on the other... It is a great site also... Just good information and no bull...

Because, each of us, in some way or another gets into the zone once in a while, and can see every shot, and make them... Besides without pool, what would you do with that extra day to day in a half a week...LOL (26 - 36 hrs a week) B:D

You really need to watch Eddie Taylor, he would line up 8 banks into the side pocket, move the cue to a new position take two practice strokes, look away from the ball and then sink them... Wish I had half his talent...

Almost every game, every time we play here, someone asks a question on how did you make that shot, or how can I learn to make it... We normally will repeat the shot and show the guy or girl how it was done... However, that is without any money on the light... Lots of people have made money...

curiosity killed the cat... but how often do you have to replace the tips on your cue? I only use my playing cue to break in one-pocket and 14.1. Otherwise it seems a waste of a soft or medium tip... Just IMHO...:D

Believe it or not it is a couple hours a day... Mostly for new ideas, but also as a diversion from these damn sandstorms... However the "addiction" idea is true, because when on leave I contacted Blackjack while I was in Orlando for fun and sun... Lots of great posts/people Thanks Bille
