Years ago I used the Samsara JB tip for quite some time & experieced exactly this regularly. Layered tip, top layer gets thin, glue gives up, voila. I changed to the Andy Gilbert’s Gator JB tips, been using them for 10 yrs or so with ZERO issues of any kind, and have never felt a need to change...
