    Bullet Proof Polymer Tips

I just had a Bulletproof Recoil tip installed last weekend, I have gravitated to hard tips so I went with the green one, the color is the same as the TAOM V10 chalk I use anyway, initial impressions are it feels like a normal hard tip but it holds chalk WAY better, I haven't had it on long...

Amateur pool with josh Powell you tube page! And apa shenanigans

talk about shooting yourself in the face......let's face it, playing pool is not the most popular game for the young, so you have a guy , promoting your league for FREE, talking about how much fun it is, on the internet where you might reach this younger generation and you stop him? WHY?

    Fight or flight

I am a league player as well, I play to win, when the game is on the line and I start to feel pressure I remember this , if I lose, I will still eat tomorrow, I will still have a place to live, I love this game, even the Pro's miss , I am lucky to be playing a game I love.......then take the shot

problem with mental side of game

Especially on long shots where I know I need a lot of draw or follow to get into position, my stroke goes to crap.........Your stroke may be fine and you may THINK you are hitting the center of the cue ball but how do you know you are? I know , I am working on the same problem, I took a lesson...

Great quote that lots of players need to read in an effort to speed up the game.

took my first lesson from a PBIA instructor a month ago and he taught me the same thing.

Great quote that lots of players need to read in an effort to speed up the game.

the reason I'm playing slow is because I have missed position and left myself a hard shot or the only open shot is where I have to cheat the pocket so there is no margin for error, as I gain better cue ball control I will play faster.

How Important Is it to Own/Use a Break Cue

Not even the best players on the planet go to these extremes. Whatever works i guess but i just don't see the need to be so ultra-specific for breaking.........I was talking about this, no disrespect, just difference of opinion.

How Important Is it to Own/Use a Break Cue

I have to disagree, a friend of mine was at the DCC a couple of years ago, he got there at about 7:00am Saturday morning, he said he saw SVB practicing his break, the guy who checked him in said he had been there for 2 hours practicing his break, I think Corey Duel takes the cake though, he has...

Are the Volturo Fellini any good?

I did just that, simple all black case, I can turn the case upside down and shake it and the cues don't fall out but pull the cues out with 2 fingers

    Future of cues and equipment

Becue is the 1st company to produce a full CF cue, what got me interested in the company is they are Pool players, some modern golf clubs are made with CF, Becue's goal was to bring that technology to billiards, I don't believe all CF cues are the same, they have different formulations of CF...

    Future of cues and equipment

What I love about my cue is the lack of vibration when making a shot, it helps me to focus just on following through, I don't feel the impact with the cue ball so I just focus on a smooth and complete follow through.

    Future of cues and equipment

The chalk is cleaner so it doesn't leave marks so no skid

    Future of cues and equipment

I know a guy who is a 700 Fargo that uses a super soft tip, sounds like you just prefer a softer tip, it's cool you left a review, these tips are new technology, I already use hard tips so I'm used to a very firm hit, look forward to trying and will leave a review after it's installed

    Future of cues and equipment

I agree, I'm not back to a wooden shaft but I don't have anything against them, if you think a CF shaft is going to give you more power I think you will be disappointed, for me it's about consistency from shaft to shaft and no warpage

    Future of cues and equipment

I said the same thing about CF shafts.......now I own a CF cue......Becue cues are all CF, love how it hits, if the worst thing that happens is I don't like it and I cut it off and replace it with the tip I'm using now.......it will be a great day.

    Future of cues and equipment

I'm using a Kamui Athlete H tip now, I'm going to try the H version of the Recoil tip, when you say feedback do you mean the vibration from impact with the cue ball?
