I have had the same playing cue for four years now and my playing style is definitely on the gentler side. I am playing 15-20 hours per week fairly consistently. I am playing in the same environment and keep my cue in an air conditioned room. Of course it may just be my own bias.

Does anyone else feel like their Kamui medium tip seems to compact/harden up relatively quickly? I have been using this tip for a few years now and it feels like it is compacting much quicker than it used to. Any recommendations on a similar tip that will last longer? Thanks

I am guessing that you are from the British Isles. One thing to think about when getting a new shaft is that the shaft and joint are of the same diameter. I'm from a snooker background and like to get my chin on the cue. If there is a bump because of differing diameters it can really effect...
