    Air Rush Opinions

I'm looking for opinions on the Air Rush finish. Has anyone, particularly of the clumsier type owned an Air Rush for a while? Does it dent easily? I remember a friend owning the Air 2 and I was not impressed with the finish. It dented very easily and the paint would fleck and fall off. It...

    Truth about winning

I remember I got a point where everything sort of clicked and I was running out 7+ times a night in practice and getting 2-3 runnouts a night in league. But my patterns were sloppy, my control was sloppy and all my runnouts involved getting lucky at least once. I think finding a game and a...

    Truth about winning

I don't mind people being ultra competitive but I can't stand people throwing tantrums or mumbling about how unlucky they are, acting all dejected and then lighting up when their opponent misses. I despise playing people who think they won because of their skill but lose because their opponents...

    Truth about winning

I felt like I hit a really huge milestone a few weeks ago. Playing a saturday tournament with an unsual format. You start with a preset amount of lives. You get paired with an opponent in a race to 1. Loser loses one of their lives. Messy table and I spend about 3 minutes checking and...

    Landing on the shot.

Ive noticed that on rail shots or shooting over a ball, My cue will be about 2 inches back and favouring the right side. Normal shots, Im fine without looking at the CB, but something about irregular situations makes me come up short. Im guessing I bring my cue in from the left and Im running...

    Landing on the shot.

I would be a 6 or weak 7 in CPA (Canadian APA).

    Landing on the shot.

Its much better across the board. Focusing on small stuff is still more difficult than I would like to admit. Its only been a week so it will get better with time. I notice i still subconsiously blink when landing at the moment my vision would originally cross the rim of my glasses.

What is your Favorite Tip flavor at the moment

Any advice on picking a good elkmaster? For a while I've been really curious to see what kind of tip my stroke would shape without the use of pressing or burnishing. Other than trimming off the excess mushroom and a few initial shapings, Id just let my game dictate the shape of the tip.

    Landing on the shot.

So, I just got Lasik and this is the first time Ive ever really focused on the object ball so Im just trying to figure out what to do. If I keep my eyes locked on OB, how do I land at the cueball? Im scared of bumping into the cueball but I also dont know when to take my eye off the object ball.

    CTE automatically corrects stroke issues

Following the facebook page has been getting more and more frustrating. Every day there seems to be some new imaginary yet not imaginary line im supposed to be paying attention to or some new epiphany i'm supposed to be having based on totally cryptic messages. Its honestly a headache and its...

    Anyone using TOI?

Wait is TOI just to offset CIT? This seems really useful. I thought it was to squirt the cueball over to make the cut. I was using more and more punchy squirt to try and turn a straight in alignment into a 15 degree cut. But if its to offset spin off the rails to keep stuff from widening...

    Question about CTE terminology.

They have video recorders with eye tracker software built into a pair of glasses. It lets you see what a person is seeing from the perspective of their eyes (unlike a go pro helmet) And a white dot highlights where their eyes are focusing. I'm assuming there's factors like lens distortion...

    CTE automatically corrects stroke issues

Well I don't have covid and I use CTE. So...objectively, 100% yes. But you haters won't accept that so, I'm willing to settle for confirmed vaccine.

    CTE automatically corrects stroke issues

I chose cte as my first formal aiming system as a beginner. One of the major benefits I found was that it exposed me to a lot of angles that I would of shyed away from as a beginner. I'd watch my teammates back-cut shots thick over and over and over, because it looked right and they were too...

    CTE Stepping Cue Ball.

Can we all at least agree that a CTE headbutt sounds a bit awesome? Your left ear (YLE) to to their right eye (TRE) , Center to their left eye (TLE), outside visual sweep. Like a round-house headbutt. Get a bit of that torque going.

    Simplified CTE

...Define..."definition"...and once you've done that, prepare to be wrong.😂

    CTE Stepping Cue Ball.

The fact that I feel the need to be careful is a huge problem imo. There are learning opportunities everywhere and everyone has something to contribute. For example, that video boogieman shared really helped me since I've only started recently playing again because of covid. Quieting my...

    CTE Stepping Cue Ball.

I disagree. Only Stan is allowed to post anything related to teaching CTE. No one else is allowed to have any sort of independent or constructive thought at risk of getting snubbed out by Stan or other players. The only thing you're allowed to post is either a question, positive review or a...

    CTE Stepping Cue Ball.

I have astigmatism, play on a short barbox and end up just staring blindly over my glasses. So when I first started, I figured I'd just start with an established aiming system right off the bat. And CTE is very focused on the cueball at address. Since I'm not able to see the object ball...

    CTE Stepping Cue Ball.

Thank-you. That was excellent and a pleasure to watch. I've never considered stroke quality as the main culprit when I totally botch a shot. But that makes a lot of sense. And the "Ladies and Gentleman Part" is something I'm definitely gunna try.
