I have a olhausen sahara and as far as I can tell, the rattle is mostly caused by the large shelf length of the slate in the corner pockets. Ive had the facings built up and have tried silicone on the facings. doesn't seem to help appreciably. The flip side is that I have an excuse when I miss.

Never having used the revo shaft, I am open to the possibility that it represents a quantum improvement, like oversized graphite raquettes in tennis or metal woods in golf. I cant remember what the marketing was for these innovations, but i think it was along the lines of 'makes the game easier...
