Vintage RichQ - Leather Wrap - Excellent!

It's now my favorite cue to play with. The diameter of butt and shaft are are smaller than any of my other cues. The tip is 12mm. Weight is 18.5 oz. It feels like a perfectly balanced surgical instrument.

Vintage RichQ - Leather Wrap - Excellent!

I know this is a super old post, but wondering how much you got for this? I picked up an excellent example of same cue, except with linen wrap. Only one of the MOP inlays felt a little recessed.

    Abe Rich Titilst Conversion

I can post some pics, but looks just like the 1992 SM-1 chopdoc posted. I still need to take some shots with it, so can't yet comment on feel.

Was under impression you were a radiologist from prior posts/comments. Looking at a CT on one screen and a cue on the other. I must be incorrect. I was a radiographer and sonographer.

Doubt many radiologists worry too much about price.

    Cue identification....Abe Rich? Rich Q?

Acquired another Rich cue. Came with another less desirable cue, but both for $106.00 plus shipping. Its in the mail/transit so have only seen pics. Appears possibly unused.

    Abe Rich Titilst Conversion

I found a deal on another Rich cue. I think called a Starjet and looks unused. It comes with a 1992 Steve Miz dove logo SM-1. Both for $106.00

You came back! Yes, i still have it. I put a new tip on it and it's my favorite player. Will keep for foreseeable future, but thanks for interest. I like your cue as well.

    Cue identification....Abe Rich? Rich Q?

I've looked for but not found much printed info or catalogues from that late 60's-early 70's era, other than Brunswick. Most info is in the memories of older forum members. Link to another Rich Q. Very similar...

    Cue identification....Abe Rich? Rich Q?

I sold you this cue on ebay. It has a nice feel. Butt has slight warp. Local cue builder and repair guy, Greg Sowder, was sure it was a Abe or Rich cue. Was leaning toward Rich Q.

    Vintage Cue Of Unknown Origin

Took cue to Cue maker Greg Sowder. Says it's a Rich Cue or early Viking. General consensus on Facebook the same. Definitely not an import. I automatically dont like you for insensitively bashing a favorite cue. I've seen you bash in the past. When you do it and are incorrect, you look like a big...

    Vintage Cue Of Unknown Origin

I've let my buddies use it and they are surprised by the amount of action they get. I'm always trying different cues and keep the top three. As the owner, I'm telling you this is an awesome cue to win games with. Would not leave a cue worth keeping in the car. That's just me.

You are the only one screaming that. What part looks Taiwanese?

    Vintage Cue Of Unknown Origin

I see similarities from old pics. Butt cap so primitive that it is in laminated layers.

    Vintage Cue Of Unknown Origin

This cue plays amazing and is my number two. Got it on an auction site about a year ago for about fifty bucks. It looks a lot like some old Rich cues i've seen. Wondering if anyone knows who made it.

    Walt has a nice Palmer

Walt had his eye surgery(s). I played him after and still won nearly all games. He said he still needed to get other eye done. Played him a few weeks later with same result. I asked when he was getting other eye done. He said "Had it done a couple weeks ago". I feel bad that the eye surgeries...

If your cue guy is anything like mine, getting it back in a bit could be more than a month.
