Player A has a ball hanging really deep in his hole. He gets down to bank a ball into the same hole. As he hits the ball, the ball hanging just falls but doesn't get touched by the player or the ball and the ball he banks falls in after. What is the ruling there?

What do yall consider the best tips for jumping? Phenolic, Samsara, White Diamond, etc. This is strictly for jumping, not breaking.
