I think its only a foul to touch the object balls when any balls on the table are still in motion. The safe thing to do is simply walk away from the table without touching anything after the money ball falls.

I have only used wood racks on Diamond bar boxes and the 9' that has 4 legs like the bar box, that's a Pro-Am I believe and the Professional has Gold Crown like pedestals? Maybe I like the Diamond wood rack because I have fat fingers and they have a lot of room behind the balls.
