I break with Mezz PB-2 with DI Pro shaft and I love this cue. I also own 3 Exceed cues that I traded for or picked up in the secondary market. I think they are well made cues although I'm not that crazy about some of their design work. The cues play well though and I think they play better...

I think it's more fair to compare Mezz (cue and shafts) to Predator, although Mezz does sell cues with conventional shafts. Neither are considered "cheap". Also, Mezz products are priced in JPY and converted to USD (so I have been told) so a portion of the price increase is due to weakened USD.

I've seen this video ... and I was watching the match on the back table. Those two gals, they are probably top 10(or 20) in the world .. I think both made it to final 4 this tournament and one gal won it last year. They can play some .. and look good doing it.

+1 for JJ ... his analysis alone is worth the price of admission. At times, I wish the other person would let JJ talk more. :thumbup:

Lenny, it seems like you are "deflective arguing" by pointing fingers at others. I just don't see what good comes out of you, Nathan or others that are involved/invested in BB participating in this type of thread, especially if it's really close to the being started.

Given a choice, I'm going to sell to whomever I feel most comfortable with (e.g. past great deals) and may even offer a bit of discount. There are few on the board, I would never sell to .... not even for extra $25.

Well, people wanted to see a shoot out after the pockets were opened up to 4 1/2 inches and they got it in this match-up. These guys were firing in and playing some creative positions that I don't think is advisable in a tighter pockets. I too agree that it would be good to see Shaw back here...

JJ rocks .... I dun wanna say anything bad about Ken Shuman but, for me, I'm glad they switched out the commentator after the break. It gave JJ more freedom to share his knowledge. Also think this match on the previous tight pocket table might have been ...not as pleasant to watch. And...

I think you got your answer but no it doesn't fit typical Taig based lathe based on my experience of having both the lathe and the particular tip shaper.

The tournament (Amway) was held in Taiwan and, no, that is not a part of China. For US citizens, they can go visit Taiwan without a visa for a stay up to 30 days whereas we do need a visa to go to China (this issue prevented SVB from attending a tournament in China recently). I think there...
