I got this cue the other day. From what I understand Huebler and Meucci were together long ago at one point. Could this be one of the early cues? Seems to resemble both styles some. It does have the nylon insert in the shaft, came without the right bumper on the cue. 2 points with veneers...

First you know that the bumper has a hex head that needs to be tightened once the bumper is installed...right? Careful not to over tighten it and strip it...don't ask...lol Secondly you need to make sure you made the hole wide enough that it's not too tight grabbing the rubber of the bumper.

I have one from a old Adam cue which I replaced the bumper and butt cap on.
