The point is no one knows exactly what happened on the phone with the LO other than the bar owner. It would be nice to hear what the LO has to say for himself. The bartender may have said that one teams player got dragged out by the police and the other team has someone in the bathroom...

And that's also why marking the pocket is a good requirement. Takes a lot of the guessing and finger pointing out of it. The purpose of it is to make sure that it's absolutely clear what pocket you are aiming at. I can even understand no chalk or money to mark. But to say that a credit card...
