I use Kamui clear black hard and this tip is going to last a very long time. Best tip I've ever had the pleasure of playing with.

I've had about 25 schons and 2 had a lift just below the joint. Almost bought a wrapless one brand new but lucky for me the guy was honest enough to tell me it also had a small roll near the joint, so I didn't purchase it even though the company was willing to discount it. The rest were fine.

I've played with them all and love the Kamui Clear Black hard. Takes chalk real well and never mushrooms. Just a consistent fantastic hit.

At 13mm they deflect a ton. If your a LD guy you will rip your hair out. You will have to tweak the shafts to your liking. I thought there 13mm shaft played awful imo.

I disagree respectfully with you. I agree with the poster who said snooker cues are naturally low deflective.With the front end mass being smaller due to tip size, they would deflect less.
