IMO, I dont think so. If theres a need for a refinish, you should try to get the original cuemaker or someone closely associated to the original maker to do the job. ie Gus Szamboti's cues if needs refinishing should be done by Barry Szamboti or in this case Jerry's cues should be refinished by...
