Clean Gleem Polisher Review from an owner...

Yes, and this one, at least for me, is the result of the others not maintaining supply. If all of the ones I looked at had been available, I would have bought the Diamond based on the cleaning method, but it was going to be 3 to 4 months. I am very pleased with the Clean Gleem and hope they do...

Clean Gleem Polisher Review from an owner...

I Recently Bought a 16 Ball Clean Gleem polisher. Thank you to 2 members here, and another fellow I met on another forum, who were CG owners, that I searched out to get information from before making such and expensive decision. Without their personal recommendations, I would have waited for a...

Diluted Aramith Ball Cleaner / Polish?

I see some here advocate for using a spray mixture of 1 TBSP of Aramith Ball Polish in 1 cup of 91% Isopropyl alcohol. One of the automatic ball polisher manufacturers also recommends this while cleaning in their machine. I watched the video of Dr. Dave showing the effect of various cleaners...

    Brunswick sold to Escalade

This is a sideways comment I am sure, but I am hopeful for the Brunswick revival. That said, I don't have great faith. It's extremely challenging to take an "Old" name back into main stream popularity. Sears couldn't make a comeback. Macy's is floundering. In the midst of their old school...

This has become a MARVELOUS example of ThreadJacking! LOL :-)

    Dirty balls

I'm so sorry. I misread your post and gave you the instructions for a Ballstar machine. Not a Diamond. On the diamond there is nothing to do but replace the side carpet, the platter pad underneath and the sprocket. All three are about $70 at Manning or PoolDawg or Seyberts. I apologize for...

    Pool Ball Collecting.

Just grabbed these off of the big auction site! I have played the game, but it's nice to have a dedicated set! I looked for a dedicated set and CanadaBilliard.co has an Aramith set but it's $150 and just colored balls. I like that these look like real Bocce balls! Also seemed like a very...

    Dirty balls

Regarding ALL ball cleaners including the much touted Diamond... EVERY time you use it, you leave dirt and residue from cleaning behind. These machines must be maintained and the cleaning surfaces either cleaned or replaced on a regular basis. If you do that, they should all do a very good job.

    Finally Antique Ball Cleaner

This is really nice! Great work on the custom built in cleaner for sure. I am impressed with your skills! If you made pictures of how you built the cleaner and the process I am sure I speak for many here that we would really appreciate seeing the process.

    "Gold Crown" Ball Polisher

And you can not put a value on the "Cool Factor" of telling everyone who comes to play pool at your house that you made it yourself! :-)

    "Gold Crown" Ball Polisher

If there are 20 hours of skilled labor required at the bargain price of $20.00/hr. then just the labor would be $400. Of course, Diamond makes many at a time and has the parts templated and ready to assemble. Probably only an hour to 2 hours per unit in labor, but to build one yourself like...

    "Gold Crown" Ball Polisher

Thank you for posting your progress and the complexity of the work! This clarifies for anyone who has a question that there is real value in the "high price" of the Diamond machines! I am amazed that they can sell them as reasonably as they do!

BLUDWORTH vs DIAMOND vs BALLSTAR BALL CLEANERS

I agree. This website seems poorly made and low quality for an international business. Especially this part: "and we have developed a new ball machine of high-technical by ourselves based on long experience in this field, and the dirty ball will be on the birth of a new cleaned ball by the...

BLUDWORTH vs DIAMOND vs BALLSTAR BALL CLEANERS

Isn't Ballstar actually made in S.Korea where it was originally designed? Here is their website: https://ballstar.en.ec21.com/company_info.html S.Korea is a free republic while China is a dictatorship if that matters in the purchase, and to many, it does.

BLUDWORTH vs DIAMOND vs BALLSTAR BALL CLEANERS

So would you recommend the Ballstar liquid cleaner sprayed on? Or the 1Tbsp to 1 cup Aramith to Alcohol mixture as a spray? What do you recommend as a cleaning agent to maximize the life of the platter, side wall and sprocket carpet?

BLUDWORTH vs DIAMOND vs BALLSTAR BALL CLEANERS

What led you to get the Bludworth and get rid of the diamond? You are the first I have ever heard with a Diamond who left the cult! :-)

BLUDWORTH vs DIAMOND vs BALLSTAR BALL CLEANERS

The Bludworth website is very poor. There is very little information. Also, in the group I am looking at, it is the most expensive when shipping is added. I have never seen one in person but here and elsewhere it is described as a plastic bucket cleaner with a better design. Here, in the...
