Always glue then cut. Get 48'' cushions that way if your table is less than 9' the cushion can be taken off and reapplyed if you mess up the cut and you will have more cushion to work with.

Hood has pockets on sale right now. Not very expensive at all to just replace all the pockets. Or put the old leathers on a new iron. I wouldnt go through the hassle of putting a band-aid on that.

The double plywood with nails is a great idea. The customer seems to think these other round metal discs exist but ive never heard of them either. Its a Century so the double plywood method will work if he's down with it. Thanks

They are metal or steel of some sort that are round to be put under leg levelers of a GC and they have prongs or spikes of some sort to help with the settling issue on carpet.

Does any one know about GC carpet feet? And can i get them?
