    Opposite eye dominance problem..Huge..........

Geno, I know you didn't mean to, but a "rain check" for a guy with water in his basement might not be the best choice. :yikes: As someone who has had water problems in my own basement in recent years I had to chuckle at this. :D

    kamui tips

I think most of the production cue/shaft manufacturers operate similarly. I'm guessing that's why most of the online retailers sell the productions cues/shafts for the same price (the variance always seems to be shipping costs and throw-in freebies like soft case, cue holder, etc) I'm not too...

What is the advantage of a layered tip?

I have tried many of the popular layered tips (except Kamui) and I always keep coming back to Triangles for normal speed, or Milk duds for really fast cloth. They just seem to work better for my game.

    15-ball rotation...with a twist

I think I have finally found a handicap that keeps my 11-year old interested in playing pool with me. It's tough to compete with that damn PS3, which has already claimed my 15-year old. Anyway, I have tried several different handicaps/games to give my son a good chance to win, while at the...

    The Ultimate Aiming System REVISITED

I like it! I don't know how, but this technique works for me on most shots. It has been one of the best "tips" I've picked uo so far in my years on AZB. I don't use it on straight-ins because I just aim at the base of the OB (easy enough). I also don't use it on paper thin cuts that you can...

Is there a general instructor consensus?

Really? That is interesting, because I like the standard shafts better for games that I'm not spinning the ball a lot (barbox 8-ball, straight pool) but I like the LD for 9&10 ball where I need to spin more and big-table games like 1-pocket. That's what makes AZB great, lots of perspectives to...
