can someone give me the translation for start times? From what I'm reading I take it that the start times are Local to the tournament. So, a translation please? What's the time difference between their time and Eastern Time (USA)??

I made the mistake of agreeing to help a friend out in league without asking any particulars. All 3 "rooms" that we play in are clubs and all 3 allow smoking. I don't like it... even a little bit.
