Hi all. I just picked up this Joss cue on Ebay from a seller in Fla who found it at an estate auction. Apparently the cue has been stored since new. It has never been chalked and came in the original packaging. I opened it just to take the pictures. Its in absolutely perfect condition...
I see Thorsten tied with Earl at 408. I can imagine that he was well aware that Earl had run 408 when he missed that 409th ball. That musta been agonizing!
Now by "floating Points", i'm guessing that means when they dont butt up to the wrap on the forearm?? So would this cue be considered floating points??? They are not exactly points or boxes. :confused:
I have always preferred a flourescent 4-foot "shop-light" style fixture over a table. They give off more light coverage IMO and reduce ball shadows. The days of having only one cool or warm choice of lamp flavor available are gone. There are many spectrums of light available now and the tubes...
Other than the bronze colored joint pin and the white ring, that cue has the look of a beaten up, older Joss. I cant imagine its anything other than an import of some kind though.

^^^What he said! :thumbup: The goal should be to get the CB to the center of the table to play the 7 in the top right corner. Then stun shot on 7, 9 in side, 12 in the same corner as the 7. Position on the 7 is the critical piece.
