I got a better idea. Legs fold in, bottom of the table is made to be a really nice light fixture, table is hooked to steel cables and lifted up to ceiling. Yeah the light fixture/table hangs a little low but the ceiling could be modified a bit. Still need that computerized level system though.

Mechanically speaking, it could be done. The tough part is leveling each time. I envision a computerized leveling system. That'll be cheap :rolleyes:. The cloth is the big hold back. I'm sure the whole thing wouldn't measure much more than 5'x7' folded up with all the mechanics needed to fold...

I didn't vote, our league plays completely at different bars. Some of the places open up the table and we pay "green fees" to the home team and they turn it over to the bar. If your in a pool hall, you're still using the table wearing out the cloth. I knew of a bar that ran several leagues and...

I knew a guy who loved pool so much he had a pos table, not even sure if it was slate, he had up against a wall. Only played one side and the ends. He was a decent shot too. Used way too much English though, guessing that was from the crappy cloth and monster pockets on that table.

I got to agree with BB, that's beautiful cue. It's the basic cue w a little embellishment and what looks to be great quality, well done. How much for me?

Get a 7' and forget about it. Don't get me started on the pool snobs and their 9' tables.

If you went to put the 8 in a corner and it rattled out and went in the side, that shot was hit too hard imo.
