I'd say I'm a high C+ player on a "national scale". Do you think that there's more or less than 2 balls difference between a C+ and a C- ? I suppose we could agree to disagree over that. I just joined a NAPA league, but my sample size is VERY small. I haven't even played any 9B matches yet...
