    9-ball rule

With a name like 9ballr you really should know the penalty for hitting the 9ball in early..... With that said, when I started playing 9ball somebody pulled that move on me and I wasn't happy. After playing 8ball for years I had it in my head that if the 9ball goes in on a illegal shot it should...

    Trouble At Gradys

Yeah because joking about shooting somebody or blowing up a house is funny, right? Maybe you chaps should find another pool forum closer to home.

    Handle this any better?

He did! Read his post: "Before he does anything else I say foul loud enough for him to hear but he just continues with his shot anyway. He misses the shot and I say foul and he says yeah sure."

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that he plays at a very high speed. Watch the first 1 minute: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pm-VDuGzJS4

How much is my older Uni Loc Dale Perry DP custom cue worth?

I have seen other cues that use uni loc (i.e. Lucasi). I don't believe they are exclusive to predator. Personally I think they are crap.

How much is my older Uni Loc Dale Perry DP custom cue worth?

I have had several cues with uni loc. They come loose from time to time. The only advantage is they screw on after a couple rotations. I don't know why predator uses them. I do know that I cannot recall ever seeing a uni loc on a custom cue until you posted this DP. Why do you think that is?

How much is my older Uni Loc Dale Perry DP custom cue worth?

It may have cost additional money to get the unilock originally but that doesn't mean its something people here would pay extra for. Personally I would rather have a regular pin that doesn't come loose. I find it interesting the design on that cue is almost the same as the Schon STL7.

Why doesn't pool have a breaking format like tennis?

Well done sir. A legitimate topic! I actually like this idea.

Captain wont share scoresheet or info on opponent

You are completely ridiculous. If a captain refuses to share the score sheet during league who is being the drama queen? The person who wants to see it or the person who hides it like a little child? You have chastised people for posting about this on a pool related forum. If this isn't the...

Captain wont share scoresheet or info on opponent

So let me get this straight. You believe it is acceptable for the captain to hide the skill level of the person you are playing against? You should read the whole thread. The guy who played for 19 years is the asshat captain... not the guy who made this thread. He also said he is leaving the...

Captain wont share scoresheet or info on opponent

This shouldn't be a debate on whether it is good for your game or not to know your opponents skill level. If he wants to see the fricken score sheet let him see the score sheet.

Captain wont share scoresheet or info on opponent

One solution is printing your own score sheet. Every APA member has access to the site. If you have a smart phone you can even login and see the handicap of all the members of the opposing team without printing anything.

Captain wont share scoresheet or info on opponent

I suspect your captain wants you to focus on the table and not your opponent. However, I am not sure why he would fight you on that. If you want to know, even after he has expressed his opinion, he should tell you regardless. I would actually argue that in many cases your should know the skill...

    Viking Cue Identification help

I am sure you can order just about any shaft that will fit. We just need to determine the pin size. Can you take a close up picture of the pin?

Scott Gracio I want my cue or money back now.

You know a simply "sorry" would have gone a lot farther than that post full of crap. One of the great things about this forum is the community rallies when somebody is getting ripped off. Yet here you are slamming all the "drama queens". You have to be smart enough to realize the reason this is...
