It's all the knuckle heads and the sh!t the smoke that makes them all over the place. Tony smokes weed to ease his back pain.

If you are in line----you won't end up with a 7 footer. If you are out of line-----your best option is to sometimes stop the rock instead of trying to get pinpoint position. That was what I meant. The bus is here Donny hurry up!

You are telling me the difference between area position and pin point is feets of distance. I'm trying to tell you that never happens. When you play on fast cloth, tight pockets, it's really hard to manipulate area properly unless you are extremely mechanically gifted... I did re-read. I think...

You have to be brain dead to be in line and get a seven footer on your next shot. Sometimes you have to stop the rock and take the 7 footer bank.

I think it is very hard to account for all that felt going from ball to ball. It seems very easy to play "pin point" when you're going one rail out all the time...but even then I can't imagine trying to get to that exact spot...it would drive me nuts. It would drive my opponent nuts. HMMMMMM.

No Reason To Peak At Pool

My neck and back, fingers, connecting tissues at the shoulder muscles by the traps. I get nightmares. My obliques don't hurt anymore, but they once did. That was about 3 weeks. Once, I had to stop in the middle of a poker game and massage myself against the edge of the bathroom entrance. Thats...

Hey Gordo...what the hell does this question suppose to mean? smoke what crack or cigarettes? I have callouses. Tendonnitis. A bad back. But I'm ok with that. It's the other ailments pool related that really bothers me and is oh so going to creep up in my later decades. Can you just not be a...

    Pool on ESPN

The womens pool league should have girls that can run 3 points in 3 cushion. Some of them do, but it should be a standard. It's not fun to watch when you're sweating if they run a few balls. Then they got to resort to antics to entertain a crowd that claps at every shot. I think the girls can...

No Reason To Peak At Pool

Every athlete grows the body at a very abnormal pace, especially the body builders. They do the worse damage to their body. The extreme ones. Forcing the body to do intense work outs causes it to mutate. It goes through a process of in-takeing a lot of food, and rebuilding the torn down tissues...

No Reason To Peak At Pool

If I'm not good enough to play under extreme pressure conditions, I'm getting a job with benefits. I absolutely do not care for anything else that comes with getting good enough to get the money. The prestige of being a tournament player does nothing to compensate for the torture I've put my...

Ability to "play well" vs. Ability to "compete well" (Long).

Take Van Boening playing Bustamante for example. They are short races so its a flip, but if they were to play a match where there is a lot more pressure shane has the best of it because he's been in a lot more high pressure situations.

Other athletes are on just as much high energy type drugs as pool players if not more. They do it on a legal basis and have doctors telling them the correct amount to take and when to cycle on and off. Just guessin.

Ability to "play well" vs. Ability to "compete well" (Long).

Competing well and ability to play well goes hand in hand. Getting in action and playing under pressure is what makes you a good tournament player. To be able to play for the money means you have to acquire the ability to play well in the first place. If you fall apart under pressure its because...
