Maybe a lot of RPM but not enough TORQUE? It happen to my quiet router on my UNIQUE TAPER SHAPER. Now I use Bosh Colt 1 hp more than enough to cut :thumbup:

I am very happy with my Bosh Colt router:thumbup:. You can buy a mount from Deco Cue here in AZ like Joey said. or you can have him make one that will fit what you need.

LED WEIGHT TAPE ???? Get some led weight tape. Tape it at the forearm cheap way to find out :D
