can the thread in a 314 origanel shaft be changed to a radial pin and if so who could do it ?

just picked up another shaft this one is a full 13mm it does not have a ring i don't know the maker but that makes 4 shafts with this cue for $850 come on now somebody buy it i have a chuddy rc3 on the way.

i will try $850 plus shipping then i'm going to put it back in my case and won't shed a tear.

do i need to drop the price more to get some attention or what. this cue is a steal at this price lets try a $1000 shipped now i know thats cheap for this cue.
