Request to Mr. Wilson Re: Cue Makers

I realize that, but unless it's changed, I'm pretty sure they can post a new cue in the gallery, then recieve p.m.'s about wether it's for sale. I'm not a club member, for a few reasons, and yes you can call me a hypocrite, but then again, I don't really sell anything either. Rodney

Request to Mr. Wilson Re: Cue Makers

JMO.... Why don't you buy a banner ad, if you want to sell cues here. AZ gets a lot of exposure, and it seems almost everyone wants the FREE exposure. Why not give a little back? Then post in the gallery, and they will come. Rodney

Meucci M-9 "The Hook" Cue - $160 (in need of small repair)

If the shaft is 27 3/4" without the ferrule now,it can easily be made to 29" again by adding a tenon, and a 1 1/4" ferrule which is standard for Meucci.

    Use eyewear!!!

Dave, you could always get one of these, that way you could wear your glasses underneath. Don't think you'd fit a respirator in there though. http://www.stihlusa.com/apparel/protective-head-ear.html

    Use eyewear!!!

Try using the foam ear plugs, if you put them in right, they work really well, and they're cheap. It makes it easier to wear glasses and such.

Reasons to break with a Separate Cue

Pretty much everything you said is true. I would say it's only more prone to warping if you bend the shaft when you break. I break with my player, and I broke the ferrule, and cracked the shaft while doing so(and I don't have a monster break). That was about a year ago. I still play and...
