    Looks like an OL-4. Hard to say what it would bring for a price. Maybe 200-400 depending on condition. Maybe more? Haven't seen too many of this model.

    Cut the ferrule to reduce mass

    If you are used to playing with your 59" cue, then losing that 3/4" will make a noticeable difference to the way your cue plays. I would think that this would outweigh any benefit you might get from reducing the end mass. Just my opinion, Josh

    Here are two cues I recently completed. The first is wenge and sapele. The sapele is cored with purpleheart. This is my first attempt at coring.
