4-6 point cues with colored veneers and linen wraps are my favorite

https://josscues.com/product/joss-2601-pool-cue/ Joss just released 4 new cues 3 of them are nice but pretty simple (no colors), while this one is totally up my alley! This is one of the nicest cues they released in a while, IMO.

    A little love for Meucci?

The Meuccis with the louder designs had decals? I was under the impression that they always used real inlays but I could be wrong.

    Apa nationals and pressure

The fact that they made it that far in a tournament 7s shows that they're actually 7s. They're finalists in the tournament while their critics are not!

    A little love for Meucci?

Very nice! I wish Meucci made more 4 point cues these days. Some of my friends have ones from the 90s and they look really cool. I have a newer Meucci (ANW-1) and I love it, but with no points it is less striking.

This + slightly bolder color would be perfect for me

4-6 point cues with colored veneers and linen wraps are my favorite

If I could buy something like this (or with a little added geometric bling), I would totally consider it if it wasn't super expensive. The Joss 5 points are sorts like that

    Pro Players' Pool Cues

There are a decent amount of interesting cues still being used, especially among Asian players

World Top 200 Players by Fargo Rating (April2026)

I wouldn't be surprised if the top women's players these days shoot better than most male pro pool players in the 80s and 90s

4-6 point cues with colored veneers and linen wraps are my favorite

Yeah, I think the ones with the colored veneers are sharper than the less expensive ones with only black points.

4-6 point cues with colored veneers and linen wraps are my favorite

There are two on PoolDawg that fit the description, they're on my radar too.

4-6 point cues with colored veneers and linen wraps are my favorite

In terms of appearance think my favorite style of cue is: -4, 5 , or 6 sharp, colored points (not floating) -linen wrap, especially with color or speckle -substantial but not overly busy inlay work I particularly like when the butt sleeve has some sort of rounded motif, like ovals to balance...

    Predator launched a new site

Those are cool, but I find the sporty ones with the giant Predator logos to be awful looking

    Predator launched a new site

Predator cues are mostly not fancy, just ugly but in a sporty way

    Five point cues

I think 5 pointers are cool, I wish they were more common. I kinda regret not getting a 5 point Joss on Black Friday when they were on sale at Seybert's.

    WPBA US Open

Sad to think that we might not see that much of the Ko brothers for that reason

The fact that she's that good at 16 is incredible.

OB slow roll to the pocket and stops at the very edge - foul

I would assume that any part of either the pocket or pocket facing counts as a rail though, right?

    Acrylic rings

Nice! I bet amber colored ones would work well too.
