Can't go wrong with either Efren or Mosconi. If we're considering only retired, male players to those two I would add Greenleaf, and then take your pick between either Lassiter, Worst, or Sigel.
They've been enforcing that rule at the end of a game when a player starts taking the balls out of the pocket before the cue ball stops moving, so I was surprised when in the middle of a game they didn't call that foul on Biado. Biado won that game by the way.
