When Shane left that shot on the 7 I honestly thought he had lost the match. That shot's better than a 75% make I think, though the pressure of a semi-final, world championship, hill-hill match might bring that down a little.
I saw Neptune Joe play many times at West End Billiards in Elizabeth, NJ, right around that time (91-92). He was a strong player, but not in the class of Ginky or Robles or Hopkins. I used to play Ginky getting the 8.
