That's not an extension. It's an accessory cup. If not, somebody modified it. Condition looks not so great.

Here is a challenge for you. I found this case today. Left to right, what is the brand/maker? #2 is obvious because of the logo, but do you know the model? #4 might not be what you think it is. #5 and #6 are very challenging without seeing more, of course.
